Depending on how you use the App, we may collect the following categories of information:

• Device & app information: device model, operating system version, language, app version, time zone, and basic diagnostics.
• Identifiers: advertising identifiers (such as Google Advertising ID) and other device identifiers used for ad delivery, frequency capping, fraud prevention, and attribution.
• Usage data: interactions inside the App (e.g., screens visited, buttons tapped), and performance/crash logs.
• Rewards/coins data: in-app balance and activity history related to earning rewards (stored locally on the device and/or in our systems if enabled).

Note: Tiklabs does not require you to create an account to use basic features. If we add optional sign-in features in the future, this policy will be updated accordingly.

2) How We Use Information

We use collected information to:

• Provide and operate the App and its features.
• Enable rewarded activities and validate reward events.
• Show offers and advertisements through third-party partners.
• Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and suspicious activity.

3) Advertising & Offerwall Partners

The App may use third-party advertising/offerwall services (for example, Tapjoy) to show offers and enable rewarded activities. These partners may collect and process data such as advertising identifiers, IP address (approximate), device information, and usage events to deliver offers, measure performance, and prevent fraud.

4) Sharing of Information

We may share information in the following cases:

• With service providers: partners that help us operate the App (analytics, crash reporting, hosting) and offerwall/advertising partners.
• For legal reasons: if required by law or to respond to valid legal requests.
• To protect rights and safety: to prevent fraud, security issues, or harmful activity.
• Business transfers: if we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

5) Data Retention

We retain information only as long as necessary to provide the App, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Some data may be retained longer for fraud prevention and security.

6) Your Choices

• Advertising ID: you can reset or limit ad personalization in your Android settings.
• Uninstall: you can stop all collection by uninstalling the App.

7) Children’s Privacy

The App is not intended for children under the age of 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will take steps to delete it.

8) Security

We take reasonable measures to protect information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

9) International Transfers

Your information may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.
